Entrance There are two buildings inside the premises and the Hanji Museum lies to the right. There's a paper mill on the other side, but I don't think visitors are allowed in there. The staff inside the Hanji Museum only speak Korean and they explained the sequence we should follow inside the museum.

Since 2007, the name was changed from Paper Museum to Jeonju Hanji Museum in order to properly inform the general public of the excellence of Korean paper and contribute to the development of Korean paper culture by simultaneously showing the traditional Korean paper culture and the appearance of Korean paper used in our lives. Hanji is the traditional Korean paper made from the paper mulberry tree. Jeonju has been the center of hanji-making and other hanji products, such as buchae (Korean fan). In Jeonju Hanok Village, you'll easily find craftshops selling hanji souveniers and running hanjicraft classes. I visited two of them.
